Aleksander Lust，爱沙尼亚塔尔图人。外国语学院区域国别研究中心教授。美国明德学院 (Middlebury College)政治学学士、康奈尔大学政府系硕士、博士。

研究领域：国际关系、地缘政治、比较政治经济学。在Political Geography, Pacific Affairs, Asian Perspective, Post-Communist Economies, East European Politics and Societies 和 Problems of Post-Communism 等 SSCI期刊发表过论文。在 Europe and America: The End of the Transatlantic Relationship? 以及 The Foreign Policy of the European Union: Assessing Europe’s Role in the World发表过书本章节。在美国麻省大学波士顿分校、阿巴拉契亚州立大学以及华中师范大学教授过政治学和国际关系的课程。掌握八种语言。
